Terms and Conditions

• Privacy of customer personal data is paramount to Varyflush Limited. This is how it is handled.
• Orders are taken via the PayPal buttons on the order page or over the telephone and given a unique reference number.
• Order details are manually entered into a register by the owners of Varyflush and not onto a computer. Details recorded are: Reference number, name, address, telephone number, quantity and type ordered, cost, order date, despatch date, method of payment, card, PayPal or invoice.
• No credit card details are held or recorded.
• Telephone ordering: Order details are taken by the owners and written onto an order slip. Credit card details are processed on receipt via secure external providers, PayPal virtual terminal. Order slips are destroyed immediately after processing.
• No information is shared with or sold to third parties.
• Varyflush do not use customer details for email shots, newsletters or telephone marketing etc. We must be a bit old-fashioned that way. You will not hear from us unless you contact us first.

• All orders are despatched the same or next day by Royal Mail second class post. Delivery can be expected in 3 to 4 days.
• Large value orders are by recorded delivery.
• Postage costs, on the order page, are for the UK.
• For postage costs and delivery times for other countries, please telephone for costs etc.

• If goods need to be returned, in a saleable condition, a full refund is available, minus our postage costs.
• A brief note with name, address, telephone number and reason for return, along with the goods will suffice.
• Any unwanted goods are to be notified to us within 7 working days of delivery and returned within 28 days of ordering.
• Refund may be by cheque, PayPal refund or credit card refund.
• If credit cards are to be refunded, the card number and details will have to be provided again, we recommend doing this by telephone and not by post.
